Works may cover the purchase of sinks/ fittings upon your request.

-Change Flusher for w.c toilet cistern .Flushing problem .(include
standard type Flusher).
-Change to new W.C. flushing button .
-Change to new water inlet for w.c (standard type)
Change for w.c internal s/s screw , change pipe .
- Change both water inlet and outlet for W C .
-Unchoke floor trap in kitchen .

WASHING MACHINE .
from $40/$50 (Labor Only) -
Install and connect new tap to washing machine . -Install /Change pipe/hose to washing machine
Handymen/Carpentry: from $40 or from $60 for labor only.
Prices Determined by Carpenter on site only. we can't determine over phone.
Note: If you are comtemplating to repair or not, but not confirmed and need a Quotation only for your consideration ,its
important to note $10 is payable on site where no works is proceeded. It is waived where works was carried out.

DOORS. -Change Doors' locks, Hinges, Door Hnadles/Knobs, Door Closers. -Doors Alignments by Adjustments. -
Timber Sliding/Open Doors , Toilet / Bedroom /Main Doors Closing & general Problems.
-Homes/ Office/ Shops' Glass Doors -Change Door hinge, Door Closing problem, General Repair.
-Align HDB door gate, Door gates' locks , chute problem. -Doors' closing related problem
- Doors Expansion due to Moisture- Door Edges/Floor to chip off to allow door to close .
CABINETS. - Repair and adjust drawer slides ,cabinet doors .
- Change Cabinets doors or drawers' handles , Hinges, Locks, and also Sliding doors ' tracks & drawers'rollers .
-Adjust Cabinets Doors,Glass Doors , Sliding Doors Sliding problem for timber, laminated, or glass doors.
- Repair Stuck (Can't Open) Doors, drawers, Glass Doors.
- Add new Shelvings or Plywood Base for Toilet Vanity Cabinets/Kitchen bottom Cabinets due to moisture -caused expansions
and deterioration.
SINK.
-Kitchen sink edge to seal with silicon .
BED.
-Drill/ fasten to stabilise bed ,supply of wood on additional charges. -Strengthen bed/furniture with bolts/nuts or 4 " screws..
-Install timber strips to add support & stabilise.
WINDOWS.
- Windows Screws to fasten /windows frames to stabilise .
FLOORING.
-Polish timber floor small affected area only from $80.
WALL/FIXTURES.
-Paint a wall affected area.depending on wall area. - Plaster / fill up & touch up drill holes on wall. -Install silicon to stabilise
fixtures .
Kitchen and Toilets ACCESSORIES.
-Install mirrors ,toilet/kitchen accessories, racks, bars etc .
Cabinets accessories.
-Install Rubbish bins /cabinets or drawers interiors accessories into cabinets .
- Change to new rubbisg chute HDB .
BLINDS/CURTAINS .
- Install Blinds , Curtains tracks .
T V.
-Install and hang Plasma T V bracket .
NOTE : What we don't do for Carpentry Repairs:
We do not do fabrication, any carpentry repairs is by drilling, knocking/installation only.
Electrical works: from $40/50 onwards per switch/power point.

T V. - Wiring for T V & power points only .( Note we do not do SCV points).
TELEPHONE & COMPUTER:
Note we DO NOT do Telephone points, tel wiring , LAN or computer cabling or points.
