IS there free Replacements of Cleaners?
NO, Its $10 per request .
Replacements AT ALL TIMES ,regardless of reason for your request for a change of
worker  is subject to waiting time & availability .Please take note you should be
willing to consider the available day/time of our existing cleaners , otherwise waiting
time may take longer , especially for weekends workers.Much fewer workers are
available for weekends.Current housekeepers are usually only available for weekdays.
In exceptional  cases do we turn down replacements because demands are just not
reasonable on our workers. Ps note we are not liable to guarantee a replacement nor
refunds in such cases ,which is determined solely at our discretion .

FOR ALL CLIENTS :
PROCESSING FEE : $48.
Its a one time payment for processing of $48,   non-refundable .
Its Not an Agency fee for a guarantee to you of free replacements of cleaners.
It may be chargeable again if you use our service only at random(adhoc)frequency.

WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING CHARGES ,PAYABLE CASH EACH SESSION.
Timings is 8/9 am or 1/2 pm

Overtime charges :$5/ half hour, $10/ hour.
* For once a week , minimum starts from minimum 4 hrs @$45. 3 hrs weekly is
only for studios.
Minimum hours for larger than 1700 sq.ft. or, a landed house, starts from 4hrs $50 .
We do not offer Evening services.

FORTNIGHTLY CHARGES:
WEEKDAYS (8/9AM,OR 1/2PM)                 4 HRS    $45         
SATURDAYS (8/9AM, OR 1/2PM)               4 HRS    $50.
Overtime charges :$5/ half hour, $10/ hour.

FOR ONE TIME/ ADHOC CLEANING SERVICES/ MOVE-IN OR
MOVE -OUT HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES  . PS SEE ONE TIME CLEAN.

Replacements of Cleaners:
Replacement Charges : $10 per request .
