Our Covered Scopes of Housekeeping works Includes:.
1.General housekeeping works may include vacuum , mop the floor , wash the
kitchen ; toilets ; toilets fittings, clean/wipe furniture,kitchen cooking areas,
and/or Ironing subject to time available.
2.Windows cleaning should be spread out over the weeks , or rotationally
scheduled, partial/as and when is required.
3.Note High cleaning of ceiling fans /external windows/ceilings and walls are
NOT Covered. Workers Do Not stand on a ladder for high cleaning. You may
instead provide a long extendable cleaner stick-type for any higher forms of
cleaning.
4.No Hand wiping of floor, No hand washing of clothes is covered. Machine
laundry of clothes is included.
5.Our Supervisor who normally visits you on the first visit would be able to
ascertain your demands,assess your amount of work required and advise you
if you have any specific queries.
6.No Spring Cleaning, temporary , ad hoc cleaning.
RATES OF SERVICES :WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING SVS :
Weekly Weekdays/Weekends Charges: 3 hrs @ $35,
4hrs @ $45.
5 hrs @ $55
Morning starts 8/9am, afternoons starts 1/2pm.No evening sessions.
No Differences in Charges whether Weekdays or Weekends.
Please note
1.Weekday/Weekends: Experienced workers are generally much lesser in
the weekends as they are already working in the weekends due to Higher
demands in weekends.If you insists on an experienced worker on a regular
basis, please select Weekdays Morning/ Afternoon.
2.Minimum hours for apartment size bigger than 1700 sq.ft. or, a landed
terrace house, starts from 4hrs per session.

FORTNIGHTLY HOUSEKEEPING
Fortnightly weekdays minimum 4 hrs @ $45
weekends 4 hrs @ $ 50
Morning/Afternoon sessions only.
For weekly/ fortnight services Overtime payment if applies : $10 /hr
and $5 per half hr.
ONE TIME CLEAN : CHARGES DEPEND ON HOUSE TYPE, PS SPEAK

PROCESSING FEE : A One-time $40 on all new customers on the first
visit. So cheap only ? YES! So you have paid such hefty agency fees to
other companies , and here we only charge $40? Yes!It is $40 for all
our advertising and overheads costs.The more customers we have the
more savings we pass to you.Note Flexi Home Services reserves the
right to impose new processing fee $40 where services is requested to
resume after a lapse .
Replacement fee?Its $10 per request.Replacements is subject to
availability and waiting time.We will replace BUT subject to availability
and waiting time .If you request for a replacement, we 'd find out what
is your reasons to request for a change of cleaner and will reassign
someone else to you who will suit you better .Take note you should be
willing to consider the available day/time (schedule) of our existing
workers if you need replacement quickly , otherwise if you only want a
worker according to your preferred day/time , we may not readily have
a replacement or it may takes too long for you to be able to consider. If
you have any questions on this, talk to us before you sign up.In only
very few cases do we turn down replacements because demands are
just not reasonable on our workers.Like you , a good employer, we are
highly interested in our cleaners besides making sure their cleaning
performance is meeting up to the market requirements.If we cannot
replace you with a new worker , whatever fees you have paid such as
the $40 processing fee is not to be refunded to compensate for this.
Often , the availability of a replacement worker depends on any new
workers joining us in your location.Please note despite Replacement fee
is free, we reserve the right to change on this at any time , due to
circumstances we view necessary.
Confirmation Procedure :
When you confirm over the phone with us , we proceed to check , and
assign one of our workers to you with 1-3 days.Once a worker is found
available and we call you within 1-3 days, no cancellation is allowed ,
phone cancellation is subject to cancellation charges $40.Only when
you are sure you need our worker should you confirm with us.If you
have any questions on this , kindly talk to us at no obligations, we are
delighted to talk with you or write us so that all your queries are
cleared up before you confirm for our search.All queries are welcomed,
or email us.We may not be able to respond to your queries immediately
but we will do as quickly as we can, usually within the same or next
working day.
