REGULAR WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:

SCOPES OF WORKS COVERED-
The service is only for regular housekeeping , i.e. the general housework within the house
to clean and upkeep it. Ironing can be included within the time only.
By regular Housekeeping, we specifically mean a cleaning service you need from our cleaner every week, not as and when you
cannot manage your cleaning only.

What are general housework?
Cleaning by any form-Vacuum,dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing floor,Cleaning the toilets floor, walls and fittings, cleaning
the kitchen cabinets and cooking areas,wiping down the basic cabinets and furniture surfaces, general tidying as is necessary.

Where time is available , Ironing may be added or to replace Furniture Cleaning in a 4 hours sessions. Where no Ironing is
needed, or in cases where there is time , additional chores may be added but only subject to time and to be paid if exceeded
the agreed time.These chores may be machine wash clothes and hang dry, fold clothes, change bedsheets, clean stand fans,
clean the interiors of furniture.

Works NOT covered:
No high cleaning that requires stepping on a ladder is covered, like Cleaning of ceiling fans/ceiling lights/cleaning the exteriors
of windows.These works shoudl not be demanded on our workers at all times, irrespective of her
No hand washing of clothes and no hand wiping of floors.
Cleaning of windows is restricted only to its interiors only.This is to safeguard the workplace safety of our cleaners.
The Safety of the Worker during her work should be the top concern of our clients when the worker is working within your house.
Please note in event of accidents due to fall, our clients are solely responsible for medical costs for the cleaner and your
personal liabilities towards her.

How many hours ?
Works are on as much as possible basis within the hours.
Works is as much as possible within the time only. Generally a 1200 sq ft apartment unit should require 4 hrs for washing toilets,
vacuuming and mopping entire floor, and wiping the basic table, cabinet tops surfaces.If wiping furniture surfaces is not
required, it could include ironing 1 working person's clothes .
By giving an example of how much can be expected, please note time needed can be more or less than what is herein
specified depending on the extend the cleaning or ironing is needed,and also the availability of efficient tools you provide.

Clients should not demand the worker to rush through more tasks than she can manage.To avoid this,ps specify your floor area
and works so we can advise you how many hours our workers might be expected to take.
If you wish to keep to your desired hours , you can let our worker know which areas you 'd prefer more (or less) thorough cleaning
on so that the tasks are completed according to your priorities and budget.You can try out the first session to know how much
time is needed per task you need.

A realistic expectation and a clear understanding of what you should expect is necessary.
The amount of cleaning that can be carried out is to be realistic and always reasonable on our cleaners, we reserve the right to
discontinue jobs without compensations /refunds in events we deem Clients' demands has been unreasonable, or work has
been disadvantagious to our workers.

Our Regular housekeeping (4 hrs $55/60) is best suited for regularly maintaining your house for you , taking that load of
housework off the busy woman who has no time or prefer to engage a part time maid .It is Not suitable for one to few times only
during festives to spring clean your home.
Regularity does matter./Changes in Schedule.
Workers are scheduled weekly for you , and if you need to travel,kindly ensure you allow our worker another date for her to work
in order to sustain her income.
Workers has a fixed schedule planned for her for the rest of her clients,she might or might not be able to accept your changes in
days/time , subject to her schedule , and she should not be at fault if she fails to accede to your request to change .
Workers are looking for steady incomes and we go to a big extend to protecting our workers' interest in this aspect, amongst
others.When her income is not substainable because of your changes in the schedule, she will quit from you, and we Will Not
replace you with another worker as all our workers are looking for a steady income by means of a weekly request for them to
clean .All our policies and management has been geared to enhancing and serving the best interest of our clients as well as our
workers, making sure a good worker is attached to you , and for the longest time , and if necessary provide alternative changes
in the worker wherever available and possible only.

What should Clients provide for the Cleaning?
All Housekeeping tools and equipments you want the cleaner to use, shall be supplied by our clients.

Does Flexi Home Services cover you for medical costs or Liabilities due to Damages /thefts?
The Charges we list within our website does not Cover Medical Claims and Liability or Indemnity Costs .If you need these, you'd
need to purchase your own personal insurance for your cleaner.

Replacements of Cleaner :
If worker assigned to you is not fulfilling your requirements ,ps give us your confidential feedback. Replacement where
available is $10.Please note regardless of your reason that our worker is below your personal expectation,you are to pay this $10
if you want us to replace you with a new worker.This also applies if worker should quit from you.

How to avoid the hassles of changing cleaners ?
a.You should read our offers clearly as stated in the pages of this website .
b.You should let us know clearly your floor area,works and the works required.We 'd recommend
the hours you need, and the charges or alternatively the amount of works for your desired hours and charges.

When we Can't get you a Replacment:
Please note Replacement with another worker is entirely subject to another worker who is avaialble at your weekly day/time
and at your location only.

If I need a Replacements, How fast Can your provide one?
Please note, replacement is not guaranteed under all circumstances, it is subjected to waiting time and availability, and
payable at $10.

Can I get a refund if you cannot replace me ?
No, there is no refund of any services charges you have paid .
