REGULAR WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:

SCOPES OF WORKS COVERED-
The service is preferable  for regular housekeeping , i.e. the general housework within the house
to clean and upkeep it. Ironing is also included .
What are general housework?
Cleaning by any form-Vacuum,dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing floor, cleaning the
kitchen,wiping down furniture surfaces,Tidying and all other details we don't write here will be
pertaining to keeping the place neat and clean constantly.The Housekeeper is an independent
worker, just let her know your chores.
Where time is available , Ironing or other additional chores may be added.These chores may be
machine wash clothes and hang dry, fold clothes, change bedsheets, clean windows on a
rotational schedule , clean stand fans, clean the interiors of furniture.
No high cleaning that requires ladders is covered, like ceiling fans/ceiling lights.No or very little of
hand washing of clothes and
no hand wiping of floors-it is very time consuming and not
costs-effective.
If you do need cleaning of the exteriors of windows , ps note you should allow our cleaner to clean
only where she can safely manage.The  stick type retractable cleaning wiper is recommended.No
insurances ,medical or liability coverages is covered in the charge you pay.
For better and effective ways to clean,check with our supervisor, and all feedback on how to
improve as well.
How many hours ?
Often employers will need to understand works is dependent on time, so please specify clearly
your hours and the works you have to be done in order of importance,so we can advise you clearly
too how much works can be expected from our workers, or alternatively how much hours is
recommended for your house.Every house is so uniquely different, so please let our workers know if
there is any areas she need to spend more time to be more thorough in her cleaning ,and if there is
any shortage of time, where would be the areas she can go through more quickly ,this allows you a
great deal of flexibility to get your more important chores done within your budget .A realistic
expectation and a clear understanding of what you should expect is necessary.
Works are on as
much as possible basis within the hours.
Our Regular housekeeping  (4 hrs $ 45/$50)is best suited for regularly maintaining your house for
you , taking that load of housework off the busy woman who has no time or prefer to engage a part
time maid for these tasks.A regular once-a- week cleaning service is much cheaper than a live-in
maid. And for about 40% of our clients who go for twice-a-week cleaning, it is considerably cheaper
than providing all the costs of a live-in when you don't absolutely need one given the many
headaches
.Regularity does matter.If you need to fly occasionally or go for holidays, the worker
normally agrees when you request her services be skipped. But if it is occurring too often every
month so that it drastically affect the worker's own schedule and income, it might not be desirable
for our workers, and in this case ,w e consider you are only engaging our cleaner as a Random
/Adhoc User (Please see Adhoc Charges which will apply to you when your frequency changes).  
Please consider what should be the regularity and decide a package to suit your cleaning needs
and budget.
Workers are looking for steady incomes and we go to a big extend to protecting our
workers' interest in this aspect, amongst others.When her income is not substainable because of
your schdule, she will quit from you ,and you'd need to replace a worker , at $10 if available(See
Replacements).All our policies and management in our company has been geared to enhancing
and serving the best interest of our clients as well as our workers, making sure a good worker is
attached to you , and for the longest time , and if necessary provide alternative changes in the
worker wherever available.

One time housecleaning/adhoc cleaning :(e.g 6 hrs$130)
For pre move-in / move out /Festive / randomly and adhoc cleaning where you provide the cleaning
tools and you only need a Cleaner to clean.This also applies if you started with regular cleaning , but
dropped our cleaner on the way and only engages her as and when you need the cleaning and brushing
up again, then you pay also at this adhoc rates as if its a one time clean .   
This covers household
chores and cleaning of the whole house within the hours your budget may determine.No Cleaning using
Ladder is recommended .Cleaning on a as much as possible basis. The charges you see is for one
worker .Please determine how many workers depending on your budget.More works always requires
more time.

Replacements:
If worker assigned to you is not  fulfilling your requirements ,ps give us your confidential  feedback.
Replacement where available is $10.It cost less than a pizza because we appreciate you just bear the
technical charges.Free offers might be subjected to misuse, and we just have to put a minimal tag to its
price.This is not so you are left to chances to pay us more.
We lessen your replacements chance-
Take note its best you  should speak with us when you are confirming , to understand what we offer ,
what works and what amount of works you should expect within your specified hrs.In this way , when you
engage us, you avoid needing to replace because
quantity or quality of works was the issue that have
you dissatisfied.And in a few cases, customers who request to change the worker, does so for reason
that not enough cleaning was covered or that the quality of cleaning was shoddy .You 'll be very pleased
to know actually this can be avoided, save yourself the hassles by letting us plan for you an appropriate
hrs and knowing what the cleaner can cover if you do have specific cleaning standards and so what you
should expect.
Why and How do we lessen your replacements chance?
In more than 95% of all our clients,there's been no need of a replacement.Wow?Yes, we seldom need
to replace our workers , because they are carefully selected in the first place based on important
criterias. Two points  to add on this;1) A prospective client who is interested to go for a few couples of
changes in order to seek out the best in the market , should approach a employment agency instead .
Recruitment placement is not what we specialise, We are Not a maids agency .We are not in competition
with maids agencies when we offer much lower processing fees.2) Because a weekend cleaner has lesser
housekeeping experience and also lesser workers are available in
weekends, the waiting time for
replacements tend generally to take slightly longer time for weekend users.If possible, try to arrange for
a
weekday cleaner.    
If I need a Replacements, How fast Can your provide one?
Please note, replacement is  not guaranteed under all circumstances, it is subjected to waiting
time and availability, payable at $10.
Can I get a refund if you cannot replace me ?
The $48 Processing fee all new clients pay on the first session is NOT an Agent fee guaranteeing
Replacements (as like for maids agencies around) .It is for administration charges, processing the first
cleaner to you,and its non refundable under all circumstances.
What should i provide for the Cleaning?
All Housekeeping tools and equipments you want  the cleaner to use, shall be supplied by our
clients.
