You may hand your keys to the worker at your own sole discretion.Such an arrangement is a private arrangement
between you and the cleaner only. Do let us know you are making such an arrangement .While we do not cover any
liabilities for any losses/damages , we take effort to only assign a current cleaner if this is your need.

Can I change the day of the services?
Our workers are full /part time with her housekeeping job.In order to have a regular and steady income , they have
clients assigned to them on a fixed time table ,i.e on she is scheduled to designated houses on specific days and time
already .As such , the worker assigned to you is not able to allow you to change her day/time at your place.The
services is to be on fixed day and time weekly only.

Are your maids Insured ?Am I insured?
All housekeeping charges Has Not covered costs to cover liabilities, medical or insurances costs.Under these charges ,
We Do Not Indemnify our clients at all times, under whatsoever circumstances against losses or claims of any forms.If
you need to be indemnified against liabilities, ps note you'd need to get your own insurance coverage.
