more in terms of current work performance. All workers are housewives experienced in their own
housekeeping of their own households , and even for the new ones, they should just take a while to
adapt to your household' standards and learn to complete your cleaning works in good time. Lesser
work experience is not lesser in work performance, for a new worker slightly more guidance will be

As different from a maid agency , we are not able to assign according to your specified requirements
of your worker to be. This is IMPORTANT point to note, we will assign based on our judgement .We
take great effort to select workers who are possessing all the good attitudes and abilities that will
ensure us a good work performance for our clients. You should know find it acceptable that the age
of the worker is in the 40's- 50 's. About 60% of our aunties workers are in their early 50"s. They
are NOT that old and weak , which you may fear . In fact many would consider themselves modern
aunties , you should not be surprised to find out that perhaps your worker cycles or swims regularly !
But more often than not, most of these aunties are keeping themselves actively engaged with
activities and definitely agile enough for the work. Today , retirement age has long been delayed,
most of us know this , but for few who do have much exposure to working group aunties,age 50 plus'
for cleaners is well acceptable and common. Many in their 60's and even 70's commonly clean public
areas as you may decide to take a closer look at them around. The Workforce ministries regularly
call on people for a change in our mindsets, More employers should give the older ones work

Our Charges 3 hrs $35 onwards is for regular housekeeping needs , weekly or fortnightly or monthly.
If you need spring cleaning during festive seasons, charges differ. For regular housekeeping , you
may note that our housekeepers are engaged by you for regular house cleaning only , as different
from spring cleaning. So if you are wondering whether these aunties can climb up to clean your
ceiling fans, ceiling cabinets,air cons,chandeliers, walls,... how much can they accomplish because
you want things blitz-cleaned quick ; cleaned in that one to three sessions, then it is not regular
cleaning.Let us know , so the worker assigned to you is suitable for you , for your benefit.
What is the Spring cleaning as different from Weekly /regular cleaning:
You have been doing your daily cleaning , and no matter how well you have kept at it, there are
always things that needs to be done on a less frequent basis-ceilings, lights, wall tiles, appliances,
floor corners,and just about every areas not frequently reached.Come every few months,especially
near festive seasons, you want to get a cleaner to come and clean it all up , yeah only temporarily-
well that's Spring cleaning .So please speak with us, telling us very clearly what are the works you 'd
specifically need the cleaner to do ,so we make sure it is covered before confirmation.It will be both
ours and your mistake if we we send a regular cleaner who only does housework and not spring
cleaning/ad hoc clean, while you are only wanting a one or few times clean up for your house..

Regular housekeeping is best suited for regularly maintaining your
house for you , taking that load of housework off the busy woman
who has no time or prefer to engage a part time maid for these
tasks.A regular once-a- week cleaning service is much cheaper than
a live-in maid. And for about 40% of our clients who go for
twice-a-week cleaning, it is considerably cheaper than providing all
the costs of a live-in when you don't absolutely need one given the
many headaches .Regularity does matter.If you need to fly
occasionally or go for holidays, the worker normally agrees when you
request her services be skipped. But if it is occurring too often every
month so that it drastically affect the worker's own schedule and
income, then this services will not be suitable and you may be asked
to pay at adhoc services rates which is higher to compensate our
workers. Please consider what should be the regularity and decide a
package to suit your cleaning needs and budget. This service is not
for as and when you require, it must be kept at continuously.
Workers are looking for steady incomes and we, as a company ,
goes to a big extend to protecting our workers' interest in this
aspect, amongst others
.
All our policies and management in our company has been geared
to enhancing and serving the best interest of our clients as well as
our workers, making sure a good worker is attached to you , and for
the longest time , and if necessary provide alternative changes in
the worker wherever available. With countless matching of workers to
our clients, we have seen workers stay with assignments which are
reasonable on them, and we have seen only good workers manage
to stay consistent on their jobs, with our clients. Good workers are in
shortage and demand , to maximise our pool of good workers for
our clients, we have had to strongly discourage some who wish to
tap on our low processing fee to engage our workers only for short
term,or spring cleaning .Engaging us only for a short time should be
told very honestly to us to avoid paying more and achieving less for
short periods.
Replacements:
If worker assigned to you is not satisfactorily performing her
duties,give us your feedback. Replacement of worker is entirely
subject to availability of another one who'd be able to meet your
criteria. Replacement where available is $10 .Take note you should
speak with us when you are confirming , to understand what we offer
, what works and what amount of works you should expect within
your specified hrs.In this way , when you engage us, you avoid
wanting to replace because works was the issue that have you
dissatisfied.But in some cases, customers still request to change the
worker, which is for personal preferences. However we seldom need
to replace our workers , because they are carefully selected in the
first place. If you like to go for changes and changes in order to
meet the best ,you should approach a employment agency , we are
not suitable . Recruitment placement is not what we specialise, We
are Not a maids agency .We are not in competition with maids
agencies when we offer much lower processing fees. Where
available, replacement is possible and low, but not guaranteed
under all circumstances.
